I've been waiting too long for the next chapter~ As usual, I will post it here to share... because I'm sure some of you enjoy reading it ^^ Even if you don't comment... hehe ^^ BTW, Yotsubato! vol 6 is coming out this month!!! AUUUGH~ I'm so excited! I'm really happy YenPress picked it up~ Sept 15.... heehee....

I've been back from Manitoba for a while now, but I've been a bit forgetful... I forgot that I still needed to post pictures of the things I bought in Vancouver~ So, here we go~


The most awesome store ever, Book Off~ I now wish I had bought more manga from them~ Most of the stuff there is used, but they are in excellent condition! Most manga was priced at $2 each~~ My favorite manga I bought are the two at the bottom left hand corner... the stories are just so weird! Like Azumanga Daioh, but even odder!

Oh, by the way, I really like this song by Lee Jung Hyun called Vogue it Girl... I haven't been following her stuff lately, not since "This is Hyony", but I still love her stuff~ And her latest mini album is just awesome!

Ah ah ah ah ah! I just found out~~ Kiyohiko Azuma is working on another manga series for Azumanga Daioh~~~ Well, if you don't know Azumanga Daioh, quickly, google it, then watch it or read it! Kiyohiko is the one who does Yotsuba, in case you weren't aware! So, this is how he makes it up to us for missing out on chapter 61 of Yotsubato! because of Golden Week~~ By working on Azumanga Daioh Hoshuu~~~~~ ^__^ I'm really happy!!



It feels a little nostalgic... I remember when I first watched Azumanga Daioh! It was meant to be! Honestly, these are the types of anime/manga that I really really enjoy! I'm just really happy! It's also nice to look at the current chapters and see Yotsuba's face in Chiyo-chan's... ^^; Hehe.... Btw, the first two chapters are online, and also, very nicely, translated~~ If you are interested in checking them out, this site has them up and is pretty easy to navigate.

Also, in other news that makes me really happy - Kago Ai is back in singing~ Kago Ai used to be a member of Morning Musume, and once she graduated from the group, her and Tsuji Nozomi formed a cute group called "W"~ They were both so cute, and their songs were so upbeat and cute! Then there was a "scandal"... Kago was caught smoking - under-aged. So, she was suspended for a while, but then, there was another "scandal"!! She was caught leaving a hotel with some guy. So, she was completely kicked out from Hello! Project... how sad. But seems like she's doing well now, and last I heard, she plays a part in a Chinese movie that should be coming out next year (?) I believe.... Well, just now, I found out that she is singing again~~ And she sounds really cute~~ And so mature ^^ I really like this song....


I needed to post these now, or else I would forget... because I'm like that.... and lazy. But anyways, putting that aside, I did get back from Vancouver on Monday night, and I took tons of pictures~! But those will be saved for another post... hopefully sometime this week.... I hope.... ^^

I read chapter 60 and loved it, but I forgot to post it here... You'll like it too... Yotsuba is super cute in this one... When isn't she? ^^

A NEW CHAPTER!!! YES! I keep checking the website everyday, and my heart nearly stopped when I saw a new chapter up tonight!!! And it's pretty funny... Everyone is so mean to Yanda lately, especially Yotsuba... poor guy! Also, the guys get a bit more time in this chapter... ^^ Their relationship is so amusing!

The other day at work, I was going up the stairs from the staff room, and fell - hard! I just kind of brushed off the pain, but as I rubbed my knee, I could feel blood seeping through the fabric. The stairs are concrete, and when I looked at my knees later, one of them had a huge gash!! The skin was ripped, and off to one side! Both of my knees were bruised, and sore the next couple days. I dunno... I think I'm pretty clumsy - or maybe, just careless? I just don't really pay attention to myself - I just do what needs to be done at the moment. When I worked at A&W and Second Cup, I always cut myself or burn myself because I wasn't paying attention... even working at Shoppers, I constantly run into things and bruise myself... boo.

Anyways, today I got YOTSUBATO! VOL 1-8!!!!! I'm so excited~~~! My lover bought it online, and she brought them to work today~~ I'm so happy~ Even if I can't completely understand Japanese yet, the text is easy enough to get the general idea~ Somehow, it seems funnier in Japanese... maybe because I can hear their voices better when they are speaking Japanese? Probably because there are some things that don't have as much emphasis when translated into English... so happy!

Now I'm working on a Valentine's Day picture for Yotsuba.... I'm starting it early, so I get it done in time....  I'm also doing a Valentine's Day Contest on DA for my Yotsubato club~ There's already a couple of entries ^^ I'm hoping there will be a ton of entries, since I'm actually spending money on the prizes... haha ^^

Oh my oh my oh my~! Chapter 58 so soon?! I'm crazy excited~! Is Azuma-san getting faster at releasing chapters?!

You can imagine how happy I was to discover this the other day... Anyways, this chapter was pretty funny and sweet, so I'm posting the whole chapter here... I hope you'll take the time to read it~ ^__^

I cleaned out my manga today, and decided to sell some of them~ All of my manga is in almost perfect condition. I'm selling these ones because I'm no longer interested in the story, and no longer read them.... Plus, I need to make room for more manga.... I would prefer to sell to anyone in Canada or the US, but I will sell worldwide - just keep in mind of the shipping. I did a picture of Yotsuba after reading chapter 57~ So cute!! The story wasn't entirely funny this time, but it was still cute and super sweet. Starts off with Yotsuba playing with Ena and her teddy bears. Yotsuba constantly calls one of the bears Duralumin, and Ena gets upset, saying that her name is Julietta~ Yotsuba seems pretty disappointed by this, but then her father brings her along on a couple of errands. While out, she spots a teddy bear shop, and her father decides to buy her a bear of her own~



Aww... so shiny~ In the end, she finds the perfect bear, and names it Duralumin... it's pretty simple, but Yotsuba is so cute... so I drew this...

I also have it posted on DA here. I really enjoy drawing her~ Makes me happy ^__^ The world would be a better place if everyone knew about Yotsuba~ Hahaha.... <3

After hearing that my Yotsuba Deluxe had been shipped, I wondered if a new Yotsubato! chapter was released~ And there was~!! This one was really funny, and I was so confused at first... but it all made sense in the end. I usually just post the parts I really enjoyed, but not this time!!! I enjoyed this chapter so much, that I'm just gonna post the whole thing! I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did~ Haha...

Why are they so lazy with bringing out the remaining volumes of Yotsubato! When are they gonna release the 6th one?!! Augh~! The 8th one is already out in Japan! I should just buy the original Japanese copies already... I think I will... when I have the money....
