So, I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays~ I worked 9 days straight, and then had Christmas day off. Christmas eve, we enjoyed our Christmas dinner~! We also drank alot and played Krokono, which is some kind of game where you must flick your button into the target. If the other player has a button on the board, you must use your button to flick them off. After everyone's buttons have been played, you total up the score. Whoever reaches a certain number first, wins~ I suck at this game, but I've been getting a bit better... I'm trying to flick a bit softer and keep my buttons ON the board. Haha~ Christmas day, we got up around 8:30 (latest ever!) and opened up gifts. We spent the rest of the day, lying around, playing with our gifts and eating a little more.

Me and my sister split on the gifts this year. For our dad, we bought him a black DS, and the first Brain Age game. For our mom, we bought her some candles and bath stuff, and a Shiatsu back massager (which she LOVES). For my sister, I bought her Animal Crossing: City Folk for the Wii, and a Cinderella "Precious Moments" snow globe (she collects snow globes). For my lover, I bought her the Shiki Ryougi figure~ I finished most of my shopping early this year ^^ By early, I mean a week before Christmas~

That's all~ It feels a little sad that it's over so soon, but that's okay... now it means Spring is on it's way! I guess it's a bit too soon to think about Spring, but that's what I look forward to after Christmas ^__^ Anyways, I hope you guys were able to spend your holidays with your loved ones, and that it was peaceful and relaxing~

Somehow... I got sick... tsk........ my head hurts.

Lately, I've been watching scary movies... I want to watch something really scary! Not gory, mind you... more like horror. I finally got around to watching The Ring, because I've never seen it before. I had first watched the Japanese version, but it wasn't really that scary. The American one was a bit scarier... I also watched the Korean movie, A Tale of Two Sisters. That one was pretty scary~! It was a bit of a ghost story, but overall, it was more of a psychological horror... it had some pretty scary scenes though! It was pretty good... I was wondering though, if any of you guys know some good scary movies~ (BTW, I watched Grudge and Ju-on, which were both pretty creepy too) Please let me know if you know any good ones. In the meantime, I'll just keep playing Fatal Frame 2 on hard mode...

And the other day, I picked up Kagamin and Tsukasa~ Of course I had to buy them together...

I got paid waaaaay to much on my paycheck. I know for sure I didn't work 96 hours in only two weeks... so I told my boss about it. After a while, she found out that, yeah, it was wrong. Apparently, they thought I didn't get my first check, so they just paid me from the beginning of the month. In a way, it's good because I have tons of money now, but.... that extra money will be taken off my next paycheck. That means I shouldn't spend too much ^^

Anyways, I got Yuki Nagato, Witch version figma the other day... I love her cape and hat, and I especially love her guitar.... She's so moe...

So, I think I might have a job... probably. I applied for the Shoppers in Chinook, and I got a phone call the next day asking me to come in. So I went for the interview, and she said that she really wanted to hire me, but she just needed to figure out where to put me. Anyways, I should be getting a call before the weekend, letting me know when and where I start. WHICH IS GOOD! I am soooo poor... I don't have any money... how sad... But on the positive side, I got Kona-chan in the mail the other day~~ Uwaa, I love her face~~ Besides Shiraishi, she is one of my favorite Lucky Star characters....

Been working too much lately~! Too much work~~ I won't have a day off until Saturday... but, I'm going to Stampede on Friday after work. Anyone else going to the Stampede? I only go for the rides and some of the shows.... I WANT TO SEE FIREWORKS this time... I want to sit right under them! I will, no matter what! Because of the Stampede, work is pretty busy with tons of tourists coming in~! It's crazy~ I didn't really know that the Stampede was that popular...

I got my GST check the other day, so I decided to use some of that money for Naomi's new body and wig... I've already bought the body - a SBH-M white! SBH is probably one of the best female obitsu's out there now~ Also, I got her a medium sized chest ^^; But for her wig... I dunno... still having troubles finding one. I want her hair to be a colorful color (not brown or black) and I want it to stay long. I would like curly, but I don't want to take care of it, so I'd prefer straight or slightly wavy.... ah.... it's hard to choose the perfect wig....

I did another oekaki with my lover~ First one is of Miku's parodies, Neru and Haku. Neru is lazy and her name means 'to sleep'. Haku is always drunk. I believe both are the personification of the hollow sounding Miku. The second one is of Kaito's parodies, Akaito (he is the spicy version) and Kaiko (the female version). The last one is of Miku and Meiko's parodies... both male version - Mikuo and Meito! Haha~

Last night, me and my lover did an oekaki chat~! I think I've only ever done this once or twice... I can't remember. I miss how forgiving Photoshop is!! I constantly got the masks messed up (somehow) and I accidentally cleared the slate one time!! Augh~ The theme was--- Vocaloid! Haha... we are both obsessed with the vocaloids~ It was really fun, and I want to try it again sometime~~



The first image is of the twins, Rin and Len. The second is of Miku, Meiko and Kaito. The third is of Miku and Gaku (the new vocaloid) with Len in the background... I believe he would be saying something like "GO BACK HOME!" Gaku is their neighbor... The forth image is of chibi Kaito and Kaito~ Aw... Kaito is crying because he wants icecream too... how sad. The last image is of Kaito teaching Len his awesome naked scarf attack! Good job Len~

Two days after I posted my animation on niconico, and everything looks good~! Everyone likes it!! ^___^ I'm so happy~~ It just hit 300 views today, and there are 6 people who added it to their playlists~~! All the comments are really nice, including one that says something like "People in Canada are also friends" or something like that.... haha~~ ^__^ On Niconico, you can add tags to your videos, as well as other people. I added all the normal tags, but then, someone added "ぷんちきフロムカナダ" (punchiki furomu kanada), which just means "Capirinha from Canada"~~ Haha~~ Such a useless tag ^^ But it makes me happy.... here is a screenshot.

I've been pretty obsessed with the Vocaloids lately... I really want to draw some fanart... ^^;; I signed up on Piapro, which is an official fansite for the Vocaloids, where you submit your fanart, music, etc of them~ I signed up so I could download all the nice fanart~ I feel so inspired... ^^

Did everyone have a good Father's Day? ^__^ Haha~ For Father's Day, I bought my dad a bouquet of mini white Carnations. I didn't really know that he would like flowers, but my mom mentioned something about it, so I got them for him ^^ Then I got up early, and got some McDonald's breakfast... not really healthy or thoughtful, I guess... but it's kind of to make up for Mother's Day as well... (I bought for both my parents...) My dad's birthday always falls on the same weekend as Mother's Day, so my mom always sacrifices everything for his birthday, and tells us not to worry about getting her anything. We got her flowers for Mother's Day, but that's all we did... ^^;; Anyways, now I'm broke again....... ha........ I had to pay off some of my credit card debt. I only got about 130 on my first paycheck, which was to be expected, since it was only one week worth, and the took out the 60 dollars for the shirt and apron... I hope next pay day comes swiftly!!!!

I was playing with my Haruhi figures a bit before I had to go to work... and I found an apron...


Tomorrow is my day off, so I'm going to sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep~~ And hopefully, work on my Yotsuba animation..... ^^;;;;;;;;

So, I got a job. Nothing glamorous, or anything like that. I just really need to make some money, then I can worry about a better job - or, what I should be doing, sending my stuff out, and finding a real job. Eh... Anyways, I got a job at the Second Cup downtown, the one along Stephen Ave. I dunno... I guess I'm used to this kind of environment, and they were ready to hire immediately. The boss seems pretty cool, and, one of the best parts, there seems to be a lot of Japanese girls working there!! Hehehehe... ^__^;; Maybe I can make friends!

Even though it's not that fabulous of a job, it is a bit cool to say "I work at a coffee shop!" even though, it's not really that cool. Haha~ My boss said that I'll be starting at $10 an hour, which I pretty much expected, and that I'll have few hours at first, just to start training. I honestly don't think it'll be that difficult to do, since I was supervisor at A&W. My first shift is on Monday... ^^; I'm kind of excited~

I need to make money... I want to move out soon, and I have to pay some people back. Also, there are too many new figures coming that I want!! For example, the YOTSUBA DELUXE figure that I mentioned about in an earlier post. Apparently, it's up for preorder already!!! Kid Nemo had some pictures up for her~

I'm really excited about these releases!! There are still other Revoltech figures (like, Kuro Neko) and Figma figures (like Kyon and gang) that I'd like to get! Also, there are at least 6 or 7 Nendoroids I still need to get - ah! And that's not including Rin and Len~

Ah... buying figures is not cheap... tsk.

P.S. I'm not entirely proud of it... but I've been listening to the audio book of Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. My sister loves this book (series, actually) and is excited for the movie. I tried to read it, but honestly, I don't really like the writing... so I'm just listening to it.

I'd say Twilight is the equivalent to High School Musical - GUILTY PLEASURES!

P.P.S. ....yeah.... I like High School Musical.... what?! You wanna fight? Haha....

The other day, I was handing out a couple of souvenirs to my parents when they handed me a card in return. I first though "What? It's not my birthday!", but when I opened it, I realized it was a graduation card. Right! I remember, I graduated! Haha... I always forget that. When I opened it up, it said "We hope you had a great time in Chicago because this trip is on us!!"~ Yay~ ^__^ I'm really happy that my parents decided that the money I borrowed from them for the trip is my grad gift - that means I don't have to pay them back ^__^; Thank you~~ <3<3<3

Also, when I was hanging out with my sister today, we were in the model shop in china town, I saw another cute figure I wanted to buy~! I asked my sister if she could buy it, and I'd pay her back, but instead, she bought it and said that it was her gift to me for graduating~ Haha~ Thanks~~ She also bought me new shoes today (which I'll pay her back for later)....
